牙轮钻机是冶金露天矿山穿孔作业的主要设备,显然,它的性能优劣及能否正确操作,以发挥它的性能,都直接影响着穿孔效率。为了探求牙轮钻机的合理工作制度,根据在鞍钢弓长岭铁矿和马钢南山矿对KY-310牙轮钻机主要性能参数、主要另部件强度测试数据,就轴压与加压电动机激磁电流、加压电动机电压与转速以及均衡油缸油压与轴压等参数间的关系进行整理和分析,期望对钻机操作及钻机设计有所补益。限于测试数据比较局限、分析结果难免有不充分之处。
