首乌复方对兔红细胞膜Ca~(2+),Mg~(2+)-ATPase活性的影响

研究首乌复方对高血脂兔红细胞膜 Ca2 + ,Mg2 + - ATPase活性的影响。实验结果表明 ,高脂饲料能显著地引起兔血浆中总胆固醇积累 ;也使兔血红细胞膜 Ca2 + ,Mg2 + - ATPase的基础活性降低近 2 0 % ;而依赖钙调素(Ca M)激活的 Ca2 + ,Mg2 + - ATPase的活性则是正常兔的 144 %。首乌复方不但能有效地阻止血液中胆固醇的积累 ;而且还能使 Ca2 + ,Mg2 + - ATPase的基础活性基本恢复正常水平 To study the effects of Shouwu compound on Ca2 + and Mg2 + - ATPase activity of erythrocyte membrane in hyperlipidemic rabbits. The experimental results showed that high-fat diet can significantly induce the accumulation of total cholesterol in rabbit plasma; it also reduced the basal activity of Ca2 + and Mg2 + - ATPase in rabbit red blood cell membrane by nearly 20%; and it was dependent on the activation of calmodulin (Ca M). The activity of Ca2 + and Mg2 + - ATPase was 144% of normal rabbits. Shouwu compound can not only effectively prevent the accumulation of cholesterol in the blood, but also restore the basic activity of Ca2+, Mg2+-ATPase to normal levels.
