当前,我国经济正处于转型升级的关键期,事业单位作为增进社会福利、服务社会群众的国家机构,其对经济发展的保障作用不言而喻。人力资源是事业单位最重要的竞争优势来源,绩效考核对于其调动积极性、提高创新能力至关重要。因此,本文从事业单位绩效考核的相关概述出发、分析事业单位绩效考核的意义、现存的问题,提出优化对策,以期为使事业单位绩效考核工作与企业工效挂钩、事业单位更好的为社会服务提供理论借鉴。
At present, our country’s economy is in the critical period of transformation and upgrading. As a national institution that promotes social welfare and serves the social masses, institutions are self-supporting for economic development. Human resources are the most important sources of competitive advantage for PSUs. Performance appraisal is crucial to mobilizing enthusiasm and improving innovation. Therefore, in this paper, starting from the relevant overview of the performance appraisal of business units, this paper analyzes the significance of the performance appraisal of the business units, the existing problems and puts forward the optimization measures in order to make the business units better serve the society in order to link the performance appraisal of the business units with the business efficiency.
