天津市开展社区矫正工作的五年来,初步形成了独具特色的社区矫正工作模式。无论是制度建设、机构设置还是人员组成,都有了一套行之有效的方案。但是,天津市社区矫正工作在工作机制、工作主体以及工作内容等方面都存在有待完善的地方。基于此,我们以文献研究、数量分析、深度访谈、比较研究等多种方式对天津的社区矫正工作展开调查,并形成调研报告,以期对天津市日后的社区矫正工作有所助益。 In the five years since Tianjin carried out community correction work, a unique mode of community correction work has been initially formed. Whether it is institutional construction, institutional settings or staff composition, have a set of effective programs. However, Tianjin community correction work in the working mechanism, the main body of the work and content there are areas to be improved. Based on this, we conducted a survey on community correction in Tianjin in various ways such as literature research, quantitative analysis, in-depth interviews and comparative studies, and formed a research report in the hope of contributing to future community correction in Tianjin.
