在飞机测试系统中,机上某些关键部位原始振动信号带宽高,且测试振动信号的加速度传感器种类多,后端采集设备往往只能采集单一类型传感器振动信号,导致采集设备种类多,不具备兼容性。针对上述问题,设计了一个适合多类型振动传感器信号、高带宽、高精度的机载振动信号采集卡。与传统的单一类型传感器信号采集卡相比,基于FPGA控制系统设计的振动参数采集卡具有输入信号多类型、采样率可配置、采集精度高等优点,适合在复杂的机载测试系统中使用。通过测试可知,设计的有效性和可行性。
