用流式细胞术结合原位末端标记技术研究了12~39周人胎儿神经系统发育中程序性细胞死亡(PCD)的发生和变化规律.观察到各胎龄段胎儿的各代表性脑区均有PCD发生,可见两次PCD峰值分别出现在第12周和第39周.推测第1次细胞凋亡高峰可能与清除过多的神经细胞有关,第2次可能与建立精确的神经回路有关.
Flow cytometry and in situ terminal labeling were used to study the occurrence and changes of programmed cell death (PCD) in human fetal nervous system during 12-39 weeks. It was observed that PCD occurred in all representative brain regions of all gestational age fetuses. The two PCD peaks appeared at the 12th week and the 39th week respectively. Speculated that the first peak of apoptosis may be related to the clearance of excess nerve cells, the second may be related to the establishment of accurate neural circuits.
