经济高速发展的轨道上,企业内部竞争愈加激烈,人力资源也成为焦点之一。企业中管理人员作为内部的坚实力量,在运营过程起着极其重要的作用,它是企业正常运转的沟通桥梁,担负着企业各个层级的良好交流互助的重任。管理观念及技能的提升与转变,知识的补充与企业的发展,所有相关内容都在管理人员的职责之内。所以管理人员通过培训来不断得到提高是关键的步骤,通过培训完善管理能力,学习更多的知识去服务企业的发展。目前企业管理人员的培训作为开发领域的一个热点,众多学术界关于此方面问题做了深入研究,也已取得很多成就。本论文通过众多研究报告进行了培训现状的统计与分析,从长远性、可操作性、策略性的角度提出了培训过程遇到的相关问题及有效的解决措施,提供了有效的培训思路,对我国企业管理人员有着重要的借鉴作用。
On the track of rapid economic development, the internal competition in enterprises is fiercer and the human resources also become one of the focuses. As a solid internal strength, managers in enterprises play an extremely important role in the operation process. They are the bridge of communication for the normal operation of enterprises and assume the responsibility of good exchange and mutual assistance at all levels of the enterprise. Management ideas and skills upgrading and transformation, knowledge and business development, all related content are within the management responsibilities. Therefore, the management staff to continuously improve through training is the key step, through training to improve management skills, learn more knowledge to serve the development of enterprises. At present, the training of enterprise managers is a hot topic in the field of development. Many academic circles have done in-depth studies on this issue and have achieved many successes. In this dissertation, we carry on the statistics and analysis of the status quo of training through many research reports, and put forward the relevant problems and effective solutions to the training process from the long-term, operational and strategic point of view, and provide effective training ideas. Our business managers have an important reference.
