以石化行业为背景,通过问卷调查的方法调查了617名石化企业一线员工的心理授权水平、员工满意度、员工忠诚和任务绩效以及该石化企业的内部营销水平。本文将内部营销的四个维度作为决定售后一线员工心理授权水平的前因变量,考查了售后服务员工的心理授权水平如何影响员工忠诚与任务绩效,并识别出员工满意在其中的中介作用。 Taking the petrochemical industry as a background, the level of psychological empowerment, employee satisfaction, employee loyalty and mission performance and the internal marketing level of the petrochemical enterprises were investigated through the questionnaire survey of 617 petrochemical enterprises. In this paper, four dimensions of internal marketing are taken as the antecedents to determine the level of psychological empowerment of sales frontline employees. The paper examines how the psychological empowerment of after sales service employees affects employee loyalty and mission performance and identifies the intermediary role of employee satisfaction.
