目的 :探讨平衡法门电路心血池显像的左心室功能参数的临床意义。方法 :静注 99m Tc O4- 740~ 92 5 MBq后 2 0~ 30 min上机进行 L AO45°体位采集 ,共采集 10 0 0~ 110 0个心动周围。用计算机处理获得左室射血分数 ( L VEF) ,高峰射血率( PER) ,高峰射血率时间 ( TPER)和高峰充盈率 ( PFR)等左心室功能参数。结果 :L VEF,PER,TPER,PFR (以下称四参数 )异常的病例数占该组病例的百分数甲亢组分别为 71.0 % ,83.3% ,6 9.0 % ,95 .2 % ;甲心组为 18.1% ,45 .45 % ,45 .45 % ,45 .45 % ;冠心组为 45 .0 % ,5 8% ,5 8% ,74.2 % ;心衰组为 10 0 % ,10 0 % ,80 % ,10 0 %。结论 :左心室功能四参数对评价冠心病、心衰和甲亢的左心室功能状态具有较高的临床价值
Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of left ventricular function parameters of blood pool imaging with balance Fahrenheit circuit. Methods: After 60 minutes of 99m Tc O4- 740 ~ 92 5 MBq intravenous injection, the AO level was acquired at 20 ° ~ 30 min. A total of 10 0 ~ 110 0 cardiac circumference were collected. Left ventricular function parameters such as left ventricular ejection fraction (L VEF), peak ejection rate (PER), peak ejection rate time (TPER) and peak filling rate (PFR) were obtained by computer processing. Results: The percentages of LVEF, PER, TPER and PFR in the hyperthyroidism group were 71.0%, 83.3%, 69.0% and 95.2%, respectively, while those in A group were 18.1 45.45%, 45.45% and 45.45% respectively in the coronary heart group, 45.0%, 58%, 58% and 74.2% in the coronary heart group, 100% and 100% in the heart failure group %, 100%. Conclusion: The four parameters of left ventricular function have high clinical value in evaluating left ventricular functional status in patients with coronary heart disease, heart failure and hyperthyroidism
