Objective To study the effects of special nursing during anesthesia on surgical anesthesia and postoperative condition. Methods A total of 150 patients undergoing general anesthesia were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 75 cases in each group. Observation group in the recovery period using a special care model, the control group using the conventional care model. Patients were compared for agitation and related complications and the patient’s satisfaction with the nursing work. Results During the recovery period, the incidence of agitation in observation group was 12.00%, which was significantly lower than that in control group (32.00%, P <0.05). The incidence of adverse complications in the observation group was 5.33%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (13.33%, P <0.05). The patients in the observation group were 96.00% satisfied with the treatment, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (77.33%). The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion For patients receiving general anesthesia surgery, the use of special nursing mode in the recovery phase can reduce the incidence of postoperative agitation and adverse complications, improve patient satisfaction and promote rapid recovery of patients.
