目的:比较超声乳化术与囊外摘出术治疗老年性白内障的效果。方法:回顾性研究。2017年1月至2018年12月北京市顺义区妇幼保健院老年性白内障100例(100眼)分为两组：超声乳化人工晶状体植入术50例为观察组，囊外摘出人工晶状体植入术50例为对照组，对比分析术后两组的效果。结果:术后1周观察组患者视力改善情况优于对照组(n P<0.05)；生活质量SF-36评分均优于对照组(n t＝14.436，n P＝0.000)。术后3周，观察组前房深度及眼压均优于对照组(n t＝4.784，n P＝0.000；n t＝-2.125，n P＝0.036)。观察组术后角膜水肿1例(2.00%)；对照组角膜水肿等共8例(16.00%)，两组并发症发生率差异有统计学意义(n χ2＝5.983，n P＝0.014)。n 结论:超声乳化术治疗老年性白内障效果优于囊外摘出术。“,”Objective:To compare the efficacy of phacoemulsification and extracapsular extraction for the treatment of senile cataract.Methods:This was a retrospective study.Total of 100 eyes of 100 cases of senile cataract from Jan.2017 to Dec.2018 in Shunyi District Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Beijing were divided into two groups. Fifty cases of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation as observation group and 50 cases of extracapsular intraocular lens implantation as control group.The postoperative efficacy of two groups were compared.Results:The improvement of visual acuity in the observation group was better than that in control group at 1 week postoperation (n P<0.05). SF-36 scores of quality of life in the observation group were better than those in the control group at 1 week after surgery (n t=14.436, n P=0.000). At 3 weeks after operation, the anterior chamber depth and intraocular pressure in the observation group were better than those in the control group (n t=4.784, -2.125; n P=0.000, 0.036). In the observation group, there was only 1 case(2.00%) of postoperative corneal edema.In the control group, there were 8 cases(16.00%) of corneal edema and other complications, and the difference in the rate of complication was statistically significant(n χ2=5.983, n P=0.014).n Conclusion:The efficacy of phacoemulsification is better than extracapsular extraction for senile cataract.
