为了提高静压止推气体轴承的刚度及承载力 ,对一种多排环形供气孔静压气体止推轴承进行了研究 .从气体轴承雷诺方程出发 ,采用Galerkin加权余量法推导出了控制方程的有限元形式 ,并由控制方程的边界条件 ,采用向前迭代法对轴承静特性参数进行了数值求解 ,分析了不同参数对止推轴承性能的影响 .理论分析及试验研究结果表明 ,采用多排环形供气孔后 ,轴承的静刚度性能有了显著提高
In order to improve the stiffness and bearing capacity of hydrostatic thrust gas bearings, a multi-row annular gas-filled thrust bearing was studied.From the Reynolds equation of gas bearing, the Galerkin weighted residual method was used to deduce the governing equations The finite element method is used to solve the problem of the thrust bearing performance by using the forward iteration method and the boundary condition of the governing equations.
