目的:研究竹叶兰植株不同部位提取物的体外抗氧化活性,并比较不同部位抗氧化活性的差异。方法:采用乙醇作为溶剂,用超声波提取,分别测定各部分活性物质多酚、黄酮含量及各成分总提取率,并研究提取物对nDPPH·、还原力、羟基自由基(·OH)和脂质过氧化能力的抑制活性,同时与芦丁进行对照。结果:竹叶兰不同采集部位提取物中多酚、黄酮含量有较大差异且均有抗氧化活性,并有明显量效关系;竹叶兰提取物抗氧化效果因反应体系的不同有所差异,且不同采集部位抗氧化活性也有差异。相同质量浓度的根部提取物、茎部提取物、叶部提取物及全株提取物的活性均低于芦丁,根部提取物及叶部提取物活性高于全株提取物,茎部提取物低于全株提取物。竹叶兰根部提取物的抗氧化活性最强。结论:竹叶兰具有一定的抗氧化活性,以根部提取物作用最强。
OBJECTIVE: To study the anti-oxidative activity of extracts from different parts of the plant of Pseudostellaria oryzae and to compare the differences of antioxidant activity in different parts. Methods: Ethanol was used as the solvent to extract polyphenols and flavonoids from each part of the active ingredients, and the total extraction rate of each component was determined by ultrasonic extraction. Results: The content of polyphenols and flavonoids in extracts of different parts of Pseudostellaria oryzae were significantly different and both had antioxidant activity with obvious dose-effect relationship. The antioxidant effect of Pseudostellaria purpurae was different due to different reaction systems , And different parts of the antioxidant activity are also different. Root extract, stem extract, leaf extract and whole plant extract of the same mass concentration were lower than rutin, root extract and leaf extract activity higher than the whole plant extract, stem extract Lower than the whole plant extract. Bamboo leaves root extract the strongest antioxidant activity. Conclusion: Bamboo leaves have a certain antioxidant activity, the role of the strongest root extract.
