1990年以来 ,我院有 15例病人于胃大部切除术后出现胃排空延迟 ,均经中西医结合疗法治愈 ,现总结如下。1 临床资料本组 15例中 ,男 13例 ,女 2例 ;年龄 41～ 70岁 ,平均 5 6岁。均为毕Ⅱ吻合术。胃排空延迟出现最早的为术后第 5ｄ ,最迟的为术后 11ｄ ,其共同表现为进食后上腹
