以创新为根本使命的科研单位为更好地激发和保持科研人员的创新活力,需要做好科研人员的职业生涯管理工作。笔者以某医学研究所为研究样本,调研分析了该所科研人员的职业发展情况和特点,并以此为基础,提出了科研人员职业生涯管理的优化建议。
