一般导电用铜含氧量在200ppm以上。无氧铜含氧量小于30ppm,因而具有优良的加工及导电性能。可广泛用于电真空器件、通讯电缆、耐高温导体,拉制微细丝,更适用于普通线缆和漆包线。 我国无氧铜的生产以电炉严加密封熔炼,气体保护铸锭,设备投资大、成品率低、价格高。 78年我厂学习芬兰奥托昆布公司的上引法连续铸造工艺,自行设计制造了多头上引连铸机、保温炉、φ12及φ15结晶器与其它设备,79年初即用多头生产出了合格的无氧铜杆。在82年6月该设备和工艺通过鉴定。 General conductive copper oxygen content above 200ppm.
