基于长脉冲激光的304L不锈钢表面微织构加工

通过改变长脉冲激光输出功率和脉宽,在304L不锈钢表面加工出凹坑、凸包微织构,并观察了它们的形貌特征。研究结果表明,利用小脉宽、大功率激光可加工得到外形较好的凹坑,脉宽不变时,凹坑深度和直径随功率的增加呈先上升后下降的趋势。然而,大脉宽、小功率激光加工可得到外形较好的凸包,功率对凸包形貌的影响比脉宽的影响大,当功率达到一定值时,凸包高度和直径达到饱和状态。 By changing the output power and pulse width of long pulse laser, the pits and convex hull micro-texture were machined on the surface of 304L stainless steel, and their topographic features were observed. The results show that the pits with good shape can be machined by using small pulse width and high power laser. When the pulse width is constant, the depth and diameter of the pits first increase and then decrease with the increase of power. However, the large pulse width and low power laser processing can get the convex hull with better shape. The influence of power on the convex hull morphology is greater than the pulse width. When the power reaches a certain value, the convex hull height and diameter reach the saturation state.
