绿色木霉菌和抗生素溶杆菌对苗期及大田烟草影响的研究

采用绿色木霉菌和抗生素溶杆菌菌剂对苗期和大田期烟草进行喷施处理,研究它们对烟草农艺性状及黑胫病、野火病发病情况的影响.结果表明:苗期喷施质量浓度为2.50 g/L的绿色木霉菌菌剂,对提升烟草素质效果好;大田期喷施质量浓度为2.50 g/L的抗生素溶杆菌菌剂,对提高大田烟草农艺性状的各指标效果好;抗生素溶杆菌菌剂对大田烟草野火病防治效果较好,而绿色木霉菌菌剂对大田烟草黑胫病的防治效果较好,它们的最佳喷施质量浓度都是2.50 g/L. The effects of Trichoderma viride and bacteriophages bacteriophage on the growth of tobacco during seedling stage and field were studied and their effects on the agronomic characters of tobacco and the incidence of black shank and wildfire were studied.The results showed that the spraying quality concentration at seedling stage was 2.50 g / L Trichoderma viride can improve the quality of tobacco; In the field spraying spraying concentration of 2.50 g / L antibacterial bacteriophage antibacterial agents, to improve the agronomic traits of Daejeon indicators of good performance; antibiotic-soluble Bacillus subtilis had better control effect on wild tobacco fire in Daejeon, while Trichoderma viride had better control effect on tobacco black shank in Daejeon. The best spray mass concentration was 2.50 g / L.
