随着社会经济的发展,很多新型的发展模式被引入到我国医院中。目前很多医院采用了工作量核算为基础的医院绩效考核模式(RBRVS)。在医院中引入以工作量核算为基础的医院绩效考核模式,很大程度上提高了医院绩效考核水平。不但提高了医院员工的积极性,而且极大地提高市了场竞争力,从而促进医院健康快速地发展。本文通过在医院工作经验,以及相关案例的查找,就医院绩效考核模式的原则和以工作量核算为基础的医院绩效考核体系的构建进行了粗浅的探讨,希望对我国医院以工作量核算为基础的医院绩效考核模式的应用有一定帮助。
With the development of society and economy, many new development modes have been introduced into our hospitals. At present, many hospitals use workload accounting as the basis for their hospital performance appraisal model (RBRVS). The introduction of a hospital performance appraisal model based on workload accounting in the hospital greatly improved the level of hospital performance appraisal. Not only improve the enthusiasm of the hospital staff, but also greatly enhance the market competitiveness of the market, so as to promote the healthy and rapid development of the hospital. Based on the working experience in hospitals and the related cases, this paper discusses the principle of hospital performance appraisal model and the construction of hospital performance appraisal system based on workload accounting. It is hoped that based on workload accounting in our hospital, The application of the hospital performance appraisal mode has some help.
