1 -甲基环丙烯 (1 -MCP)是一种重要的无毒高效化合物 ,其通过与乙烯受体蛋白 (EBP)不可逆的键合而对乙烯的作用产生抑制。现介绍 1 -MCP对果蔬采后品质、生理代谢、生理紊乱及病害发生等诸方面的影响作用 ,并探讨其对乙烯作用抑制的机制 ,总结了影响 1 -MCP处理效果的因素及在果蔬采后生产实践中的意义
1-Methylcyclopropene (1-MCP) is an important non-toxic and potent compound that inhibits the action of ethylene through irreversible binding to the ethylene receptor protein (EBP).
