利用非接触式电能接入技术及直接序列扩频数字无线通信技术,完成了温度信号的采集、非接触电能传输、无线数据发射与接收,实现了对轴承温度的遥测。轴承温度遥测试验结果表明,系统所测得的轴承温度与油膜温变化趋势相同,证明该系统满足齿轮轴承温度测量的实际需求。
By using non-contact power access technology and direct sequence spread spectrum digital wireless communication technology, the temperature signal acquisition, contactless power transmission and wireless data transmission and reception are completed, and bearing temperature telemetry is realized. Bearing temperature telemetry test results show that the measured temperature of the system and the oil film temperature change the same trend that the system to meet the actual needs of the gear bearing temperature measurement.
