目的:探讨6种不同配方高脂乳剂对豚鼠高脂血症形成的影响。方法:豚鼠连续灌服不同配方高脂乳剂二周后,乌拉坦麻醉腹主动脉采血检测总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(GT)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)血脂四项指标。结果:灌服高脂乳剂二周后,1号、2号、3号及6号配方豚鼠TC、HDL、LDL均显著升高,与空白对照组比较差异非常显著,但GT没有显著改变;4号、5号配方豚鼠TC、LDL显著升高,与空白对照组比较差异显著,但HDL、GT没有显著改变。结论:1号、2号、3号、4号、5号及6号高脂乳剂配方在二周内均可造成豚鼠高胆固醇血症。
Objective: To investigate the effects of six different formulas of high-fat emulsion on the formation of hyperlipidemia in guinea pigs. Methods: Guinea pigs were fed with different formulas of high-fat emulsion continuously for two weeks. Blood was taken from the abdominal aorta by urethane anesthesia to detect total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (GT), high density lipoprotein (HDL), low density lipoprotein Blood lipid four indicators. Results: TC, HDL and LDL of guinea pigs of No.1, No.2, No.3 and No.6 were significantly increased after being fed with high-fat emulsion for two weeks, which was significantly different from that of the blank control group, but GT did not change significantly.4 No significant difference was observed between TC and LDL of No. 5 formula guinea pigs and control group, but HDL and GT did not change significantly. Conclusion: The formula of No.1, No.2, No.3, No.4, No.5 and No.6 high fat emulsion can cause guinea pig hypercholesterolemia in two weeks.
