目的对参加全科医生转岗培训的学员,培训后在工作中运用培训知识和技能的情况以及工作的态度的转变进行效果评价。方法本研究运用360°反馈法,通过问卷调查,追踪评价单位领导对完成全科医生转岗培训的学员在工作单位在临床技能、职业道德、工作过程和学习能力等方面的改善程度,并对相关因素进行分析。结果单位领导对学员培训后工作表现的评价中,显著改善率较高的项目包括:工作质量、对待患者的态度、职业责任感和新技术项目开展能力等;较低的项目包括:团队合作意识、慢性病管理能力等。单位领导和同事对学员培训后工作表现的评价,显著改善率在工作质量、新技术项目开展能力方面的差异有统计学意义。结论学员在临床技能方面,慢性病管理知识掌握情况不够理想,在工作态度方面,团队服务意识显著改善率较低,在以后的转岗培训工作中,应进一步加强全科医学知识和慢性病管理知识的专项培训。
Objective To assess the effect of the trainees participating in general practitioner transfer training, the use of training knowledge and skills in their work after training, and the change of their attitudes toward work.
