目的了解和评估浙江省血吸虫病粪检实验室检测质量。方法 2006、2008年和2009年,采用尼龙绢集卵孵化法结合沉渣镜检法检测阴性、轻度感染和重度感染粪便样本。测试采用单盲法进行。结果 2006、2008年和2009年3次粪检实验室质控测试中,大部分实验室在规定时间内完成测试,并能准确鉴别阴性与阳性样本,粪检判断符合率分别为88.9%、100%和93.9%。结论经过多年建设与质量控制,浙江省血吸虫病粪检实验室逐步完善,粪检技术和能力已得到显著提高。 Objective To understand and assess the quality of schistosomiasis test in Zhejiang Province.
