目的 研究在小儿肺炎中应用心理护理的作用.方法 研究样本94例选取为2019年2月～2020年10月间本院收治的小儿肺炎患儿.纳入病例经区组随机化分组法分为探析组(n=47)、对比组(n=47).对比组患儿实施常规护理,探析组在对比组基础上开展心理护理,对比两组护理效果、负性情绪、生活质量、症状消失时间、治疗依从性.结果 探析组护理干预总有效率明显高于对比组(P＜0.05);探析组患儿护理后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对比组(P＜0.05);探析组患儿咳嗽消失时间、气促消失时间、呼吸困难消失时间、高热消失时间均短于对比组(P＜0.05);探析组患儿心理功能、物质生活、躯体功能、社会功能评分均高于对比组(P＜0.05);探析组治疗依从性明显高于对比组(P＜0.05).结论 小儿肺炎中应用心理护理能够有效缩短患儿症状消失时间,改善患儿负性情绪,提高护理效果和患儿生活质量,值得广泛应用.“,”Objective To study the role of psychological nursing in children with pneumonia. Methods The 94 cases of the study sample were selected as pediatric pneumonia children admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to October 2020. The included cases were divided into analysis group (n=47) and comparison group (n=47) by randomized grouping method. In order to implement routine nursing for children in the comparison group, the exploration group carried out psychological nursing on the basis of the comparison group. The nursing effect, negative emotion, quality of life, time of symptom disappearance, and treatment compliance were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of nursing intervention in the probing group was significantly higher than that of the comparison group (P＜0.05); the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and selfrating depression scale (SDS) scores of the children in the probing group were lower than those in the comparison group (P＜0.05); the cough disappearing time and gas of the probing group were the disappearance time, the disappearance time of dyspnea, and the disappearance time of high fever were all shorter than those of the control group (P＜0.05); the scores of psychological function, material life, physical function, and social function of the children in the exploration group were higher than those of the control group (P＜0.05); the treatment compliance of the analysis group was significantly higher than that of the comparison group (P＜0.05). Conclusion The application of psychological nursing in children with pneumonia can effectively shorten the time of symptom disappearance, improve the children\'\'s negative emotions, improve the nursing effect and the children\'\'s quality of life, and it is worthy of wide application.
