针对电弧焊中的熔滴过渡行为直接影响焊缝成形及质量,埋弧焊中的电弧现象及熔滴过渡行为因被掩埋在焊剂层下而不可见等问题进行试验研究,利用不锈钢管建立拍摄通道,借助高速摄影系统拍摄埋弧焊熔滴过渡影像,利用汉诺威弧焊分析仪采集电信号波形,通过分析高速摄影图像和电信号概率密度分布曲线及波形,对埋弧焊熔滴过渡行为作出判断.结果表明:随着焊接电流的增大,埋弧焊中依次出现了无短路、小电流短路和大电流短路三种渣壁过渡行为,且大电流时出现了弧桥并存现象.
