5月27日,本报《社会周刊》报道,沈阳市有4人因食用烤羊肉串而中毒,随后沈阳市卫生监督所对该市肉串加工点进行了大规模检查,发现各类肉串加工点中使用了亚硝酸盐的占加工点的70%以上。当地的媒体也报道,被查的烤肉串者承认,他们的羊肉串中均加入了一种他们称之为“嫩肉粉”的物质。执法人员怀疑“嫩肉粉”可能是含亚硝酸盐的物质。其实不仅仅街头的肉串鲜嫩,许多饭馆的各种肉食也都让人感觉“好看又好吃”,有关专家认为,这其中就有亚硝酸盐的“功劳”。 On May 27, the newspaper Social Weekly reported that 4 people in Shenyang were poisoned by eating kebabs.
