凋亡缺陷(defective apoptosis)在系统性红斑狼疮(systematic erythematosus lupus,SLE)的发病机制中扮演重要角色。bcl-2家族是调控线粒体介导凋亡的主要因子,有研究表明bcl-2家族的某些成员异常与SLE之间存在一定联系。然而关于其具体特征和机制的实验结果并不一致。本文将就此领域的研究进行综述。
Defective apoptosis plays an important role in the pathogenesis of systemic erythematosus lupus (SLE). The bcl-2 family is a major factor in the regulation of mitochondria-mediated apoptosis. Studies have shown that there is a certain relationship between some members of the bcl-2 family and SLE. However, the experimental results on its specific features and mechanism are not consistent. This article will review the research in this area.
