龙开富,1908年生于湖南省茶陵县。1928年加入中国共产党。参加过秋收起义、五次反“围剿”作战、直罗镇战役、四平保卫战役和辽沈、平津、渡江、海南岛等战役。曾任中央军委警卫团第一连连长兼连政治委员、红一军团炮兵营政治委员、中央军委直属政治处主任、中央军委警卫营政治委员、第四野战军第四十四军后勤部部长、东 Long Kai Fu, born in 1908 in Chaling County, Hunan Province. In 1928 joined the Chinese Communist Party. Participated in the Autumn Harvest Uprising, five anti “encirclement and suppression” operations, direct Luozhen battle, Siping defense campaign and Liaoning Shen, Pingjin, crossing the river, Hainan Island and other campaigns.
