应用硫酸铵沉淀法从Paenibaxillus polymyxa菌中分离出不同组分的胞外蛋白质(EBP),并用SDS-PAGE电泳法研究其特性。由微生物诱导浮选和絮凝试验证实了这些蛋白质组分在矿物分离中的作用。经这些蛋白质组分的生物处理后,黄铁矿和黄铜矿的亲水性增强,而闪锌矿、方铅矿和石英表面的疏水性增强。矿物混合物经细菌蛋白质处理后,可以从黄铁矿/黄铜矿中浮选分离出闪锌矿、方铅矿和石英。
The extracellular proteins (EBP) of different fractions were isolated from Paenibaxillus polymyxa by ammonium sulfate precipitation method and their characteristics were studied by SDS-PAGE electrophoresis. Microbial-induced flotation and flocculation assays confirm the role of these protein components in mineral separation. After biological treatment of these protein fractions, the hydrophilicity of pyrite and chalcopyrite is enhanced, while the hydrophobicity of sphalerite, galena and quartz surfaces is enhanced. After the bacterial mixture is treated with bacterial proteins, the sphalerite, galena and quartz can be flotated from pyrite / chalcopyrite.
