目的通过分析四川省某肿瘤医院2006年-2015年恶性肿瘤住院患者的构成情况,探索在此期间医院每年出院患者顺位排名前10位的恶性肿瘤在十年期间的发病情况与年龄、性别之间的关系。方法回顾性研究某肿瘤专科医院2006年-2015年首次恶性肿瘤患者资料,采用Access 2010数据库和Excel 2010进行数据分析,性别差异通过SPSS 17.0统计软件的独立样本T检验进行统计分析。结果 10年来,医院首次恶性肿瘤住院患者74 845例,平均年增幅为13.23%,其中男性占52.53%,女性占47.47%,男性比例高于女性。疾病谱分析显示除2006年外,其余9年气管恶性肿瘤的发病率一直处于第一位。不同恶性肿瘤发病的高峰年龄段有所差异,主要集中在40岁~69岁之间,值得注意的是甲状腺恶性肿瘤的发病率近两年迅速增加,发病年轻化趋势明显。结论肿瘤医院首次出院恶性肿瘤患者数量逐年增长,与国家癌症防治中心公布的肿瘤疾病谱情况基本保持一致。但与国家防癌中心发布的肿瘤顺位情况、发病年龄以及患者性别构成存在较大差异。医疗行政部门和癌症防治机构应该根据该地区肿瘤疾病谱实际情况,积极调整肿瘤防治措施,医疗机构加强临床专科建设。

Conclusions The number of first discharged patients with malignant tumors in cancer hospitals increased year by year and remained basically the same as that of the cancer patients released by the National Cancer Center. However, with the National Cancer Center released the same status of the tumor, the age of onset and gender composition of patients there is a big difference. The medical administrative department and the cancer prevention and treatment institution should actively adjust the tumor prevention and treatment measures according to the actual situation of the tumor disease spectrum in the area, and strengthen the construction of clinical specialties by the medical institutions.
