以白刺果实为原料,采用热水浸提法提取水溶性多糖,并对水溶性多糖的单糖组成进行研究。石油醚脱脂后,采用80℃热水浸提法提取果粉中的水溶性糖,料液比1︰10(g/mL),提取2 h,重复提取3次,合并提取液后减压浓缩至原体积的1/3,加入3倍体积95%的乙醇,4℃条件下静置24 h,沉淀即为水溶性多糖,采用Sevage法除蛋白,反复醇洗脱色,经低温干燥得到水溶性多糖。经过柱前衍生HPLC法分析白刺果实水溶性多糖的单糖组成。结果表明:水溶性多糖得率约为1%。白刺果实水溶性多糖的单糖由葡萄糖、鼠李糖、阿拉伯糖、半乳糖、半乳糖醛酸、甘露糖6种单糖组成,单糖组成质量比为甘露糖︰鼠李糖︰半乳糖醛酸︰葡萄糖︰半乳糖︰阿拉伯糖=9.2︰3.3︰1.1︰1︰1.9︰2.3。单糖组成中葡萄糖所占比例最低,半乳糖醛酸与葡萄糖含量相近,甘露糖所占比例最高,是葡萄糖的9倍多,半乳糖所占比例约为葡萄糖的2倍,阿拉伯糖所占比例是葡萄糖的2.3倍。
