我院2006年以来血液净化室与急诊科联合用血液透析成功抢救重度急性乙醇中毒10例,现报道如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料本组均为男性,年龄18~45(平均34)岁。发病前有明确饮酒史,饮酒量在600~1 500 ml间,入院时间在饮酒后2~10 h。临床表现:(1)意识状态:昏睡3例,浅昏迷4例,深昏迷3例 Since 2006, our hospital blood purification room and emergency department combined with hemodialysis successfully salvage severe acute alcohol poisoning in 10 cases, are reported below. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information This group are men, aged 18 to 45 (average 34) years old.
