针对秧苗难立苗问题,以吊篮-鸭嘴式移栽机为例,建立了栽植器的运动方程,推导出特征参数λ的值。根据零速投苗原理,当λ=1时,能够保证秧苗的直立度。在ADAMS软件中建立了仿真模型,并对其进行了运动模拟,模拟结果表明,吊篮在前进方向存在零速点,其运动轨迹是一条近似摆线,符合λ=1时的情况,实现了零速投苗。
Aiming at the problem of seedlings being difficult to seedlings, the movement equations of the planter are established by taking the basket-duck-duck transplanter as an example, and the value of the characteristic parameter λ is deduced.
