多年来,H=F-(R~2-L~2)~(1/2)被认为是中小直径薄壁管超声水浸聚焦探伤法的最佳水声程公式.但实际探伤中最佳水声程和由此式计算出来的理论最佳水声程有时出入较大.对此原因进行了分析,并提出了确定最佳声程的方法.
Over the years, H = F- (R ~ 2-L ~ 2) ~ (1/2) is considered as the optimal water-acoustic equation for ultrasonic testing of thin-walled tubes with medium and small diameter, The water course and the theoretical optimum water course calculated by this method sometimes go in and out, and the reason is analyzed and the method of determining the best sound path is proposed.
