在中深孔爆破工程中,影响爆破块度的主要因素既有爆破区域的地形地貌、岩石的物理特性,还有爆破孔网参数、炸药单耗的选取等,而在一般的爆破技术设计和施工中,由于针对某一爆破区域的爆破孔网参数和炸药单耗是固定的,爆破后大块率较高。分析了大块产生的原因,提出在设计和施工中动态调整爆破孔网参数、炸药单耗、装药密度以降低大块率的技术措施。
In the middle-deep hole blasting project, the main factors affecting the blasting degree are the topography of the blasting area, the physical characteristics of the rock, the parameters of the blasting hole network and the selection of the unit consumption of the explosive. However, During the construction, because the blasting hole network parameters and explosive unit consumption are fixed for a certain blasting area, the boulder rate after blasting is higher. The reasons for the large chunks are analyzed. The technical measures of dynamically adjusting the parameters of blasthole meshes, unit charge of explosives and charging density to reduce the mass rate of boulders are proposed in the design and construction.
