对于一些系统配置比较低的数控铣床或者是一些简易型(普通铣床改数控铣床)的数控铣床,一般会出现内存不足的情况,而且这些系统一般不配有CNC在线加工的功能。在加工球面或者比较复杂的曲面的时候,往往由于加工的程序长度大、容量大,需要进行CNC在线传输的方法进行加工。但是对于内存不足的而且不支持CNC的系统,程序运行到一定行数的时候机床就会停下来,经过很多方法的调试,最后还是要通过改进加工工艺的手段来解决问题。
