订单式培养人才,是职业院校常见的一种人才培养模式。广州南洋理工职业学院“精工钢构订单班”在不断地实践过程中,形成了一套培养铆焊技术人才的方法。本论文重点分析精工钢构特色及宣传、课程设置、实践教学组织、激励措施、学生管理等方面的探索,并以订单班培养为契机,逐步推进专业建设和课程改革。
Order-based training of personnel, vocational schools is a common mode of personnel training. Guangzhou Nanyang Polytechnic Vocational College “Seiko steel orders” in the continuous practice of the process, formed a set of training methods of welding technology talent. This dissertation focuses on the exploration of Seiko Steel’s characteristics, propaganda, curriculum, practical teaching organization, incentive measures and student management. Taking the training of order classes as an opportunity, the thesis will promote professional construction and curriculum reform step by step.
