为满足对火箭发动机性能指标的测试要求,该文从系统构成,数据处理方面考虑,设计了一种新型的火箭发动机地面静止试验系统推力测试方法。该系统可对多种型号固体火箭发动机的工作时间和推力进行测试,经过实装测试,试验台发动机装配点火数据采集处理及时有效,测试结果的推力时间曲线数据准确,能够满足目前火箭发动机推力检测要求。
In order to meet the test requirements of rocket engine performance index, this paper designs a new thrust test method of rocket engine ground static test system from the aspects of system configuration and data processing. The system can test the working time and thrust of various types of solid rocket motors. After the actual test, the data collection and processing of the engine assembly fire in the test stand are timely and effective.
