帕金森病是常见的神经系统变性疾病。目前的治疗方法主要有药物治疗、立体定向手术、细胞移植及基因治疗等,评价其疗效的方法主要依据患者或实验动物的临床症状、行为表现的改善程度,和以此为基础的一些评价量表,缺乏客观准确性。功能影像技术-正电子发射型断层成像为帕金森病的发病机制、病理生理、早期诊断、鉴别诊断、疾病进展及并发症等的研究提供了直接有效的观察手段,受到人们关注。但其在帕金森病疗效评价方面的研究至今鲜有涉及。本文针对正电子发射型断层成像技术在帕金森病疗效评价中的应用作一概述,阐明正电子发射型断层成像技术作为一种客观评价各种治疗帕金森病方法疗效的有效手段应在临床上广泛应用。
