吸扫式清扫车是我国目前在用的城市道路清扫车的主力车型之一,而吸嘴被泥土堵塞一直是困扰此类清扫车的一道难题。通过对湿扫型道路清扫车的吸嘴易被泥土堵塞的机理分析,提出降低吸嘴流道近壁的尘土的含水率,控制泥块的黏性处于临界黏性以下,使泥块不黏附于流道壁面;而将吸嘴流道中心部位的尘土的含水率适当加大,以满足有效压尘的解决思路,并根据这种思路改进设计了一种吸嘴喷水装置,按不同吸嘴的具体结构确定孔数、孔径、孔沿圆周的分布规律和喷水的初始方向等要素。通过对比试验表明,改进的喷水装置通过改变水在吸嘴流道内的空间分布和速度特性,能达到在不增加供水量、不影响吸嘴作业性能的前提下,大幅提高吸嘴抗泥土堵塞的能力。
