以氢氧化钠(代替金属钠)和环戊二烯为原料制备了茂钠(CPNa)。着重研究了反应物配比、温度及固体NaOH的颗粒粒径对反应速度和产物收率的影响规律。结果表明,当NaOH/CPD的摩尔比为4/1,粒径在1~2mm,温度为0℃时,产物收率可高达95%~97%。
Sodium hydroxide (instead of metal sodium) and cyclopentadiene as raw material prepared sodium (CPNa). The effects of the ratio of reactants, temperature and particle size of solid NaOH on the reaction rate and product yield were studied emphatically. The results showed that when the molar ratio of NaOH / CPD is 4/1, the particle size is 1 ~ 2mm and the temperature is 0 ℃, the yield of product can reach as high as 95% ~ 97%.
