用单刃刀具镗孔,车外圆或端面加工时,如果不让刀退力,刀尖便会刮伤已加工表面。在精镗工序尤为突出,所以是必须解决的生产问题。通过改革刀具结构来解决刮伤问题是一条简单易行的有效途径。本文在分析无刮伤精镗刀的基本原理和让刀机构原理的基础上,制作了轴向摆动让刀的无刮伤精镗刀,并进行了试验研究。
