针对马钢120t转炉自2013年使用滑板挡渣技术后,转炉出钢过程中渣量明显减少,相比于挡渣棒方式挡渣,钢包渣层厚度由平均117下降到64 mm,经过LF炉精炼钢种SPHC平均每炉铝粒消耗量由127减少到108kg,下渣回磷率小于0.005%比例由78%提高到92%,对不经过LF炉精炼板坯Q235B钢种硅、锰收得率分别提高了3.6%及1.2%,经过RH炉精炼的硅钢减少预熔型顶渣改质剂加入量12%左右等效果。
