为了研究自动铺放过程中预浸料层间粘结性能与铺放工艺的关系,自行设计了一套模拟高速铺放过程的预浸料粘结性能测试系统,采用自动铺放和剥离实验分开进行的“两步法”作为粘结性能的测试方法。利用该测试方法研究了CCF300/BA9916-2环氧树脂预浸料的自动铺放粘结性能工艺特性,采用单因素实验,研究了不同铺放工艺参数对预浸料层间粘结性能的影响规律,并运用正交实验,确定了各铺放工艺参数对预浸料层间粘结性能的影响程度。实验结果表明,预浸料层间粘结性能随着铺放压力和铺放温度的增大而增大,随着铺放速度的增大而减小。铺放温度对预浸料层间粘结性能影响最为显著,其次为铺放压力,铺放速度影响最小。
In order to study the relationship between prepreg interlayer bonding and laying process in automatic placement process, a set of prepreg bonding performance testing system was designed to simulate high-speed lay-up process by using automatic placement and peel test Conducted “two-step method ” as the bonding performance test method. The experimental results show that the interlaminar bond strength of prepreg increases with the deposition pressure and deposition temperature, and decreases with the deposition speed. Laying temperature has the most significant influence on the adhesive properties of prepreg layers, followed by laying pressure, with the least impact of laying speed.
