热处理对42CrMo制动盘摩擦磨损性能的影响

以自卸42CrMo调质钢制动盘为研究对象,对其进行了不同的热处理。采用MG-2000型销-盘摩擦磨损试验机研究了不同摩擦条件下热处理对试样的摩擦磨损性能的影响。并采用FEI Quanta 200型扫描电镜对试样的磨损表面形貌进行表征。结果表明:不同热处理状态的42CrMo制动盘试样的摩擦系数均随转速和接触压力的增大而减小;磨损率随转速和接触压力的增大而增大;在相同摩擦条件下,840℃淬火+400℃回火处理的销试样的摩擦系数和磨损率均最小;在低速低载时,42CrMo钢的磨损机制主要是磨粒磨损,高速高载时,其磨损机制主要是粘着磨损;转速500r/min比300 r/min的试样发生严重磨损的时间短。 Taking the self-unloading 42CrMo quenched and tempered steel brake disc as the research object, different heat treatments were carried out. MG-2000 pin-plate friction and wear tester was used to study the influence of heat treatment on the friction and wear properties of the samples under different friction conditions. The wear surface morphology of the samples was characterized by FEI Quanta 200 scanning electron microscope. The results show that the friction coefficient of 42CrMo disc with different heat treatment conditions decreases with the increase of rotating speed and contact pressure. The wear rate increases with the increase of rotating speed and contact pressure. Under the same friction condition, ℃ quenching + 400 ℃ tempering pin sample friction coefficient and wear rate are the smallest; At low speed and low load, 42CrMo steel wear mechanism is abrasive wear, high speed and high load, the wear mechanism is mainly adhesive wear ; The speed of 500r / min than 300 r / min sample serious wear and tear of the time is short.
