目的探讨中低位直肠癌手工吻合的低位保肛手术方法。方法采用结、直肠肛门外低位手工吻合的方法 ,对 14 6例中低位直肠癌行保肛手术 ,直肠肿瘤远端及其系膜的切除范围为 3～ 6cm。结果手术成功 14 5例 ,出现吻合口瘘 11例 ,仅 1例行肠造口 ;2年内复发和转移 13例 ,其中吻合口复发 2例 ;术后肛门对成形粪便控制力良好 ,无大便完全失禁者。结论肛门外结、直肠低位手工吻合是中低位直肠癌行保肛手术既可靠 ,又经济的方法
Objective To investigate the method of low anus preservation by manual anastomosis in low and middle rectal cancer. Methods Anastomosis surgery was performed on 146 cases of low and middle rectal cancer by manual anastomosis of the lower extremity and rectum. The resection range of distal and mesangial of rectal tumor was 3 ~ 6 cm. Results The operation was successful in 14 cases, 11 cases of anastomotic fistula occurred, only 1 case of enterostomy; 2 cases of recurrence and metastasis in 13 cases, including anastomotic recurrence in 2 cases; Incontinent person. Conclusions Anus external knot, low rectal manual anastomosis is a reliable and economical method of preserving anal surgery in low and middle rectal cancer
