钻井泵泵阀状态的监测与故障诊断

对钻井泵泵阀故障识别进行了实验研究,提出了一种简单而实用的泵阀故障诊断方法。以位置传感器测量活塞死点所产生的信号为触发信号,可用计算机准确采集到钻井泵泵阀关闭时在阀箱上激起的瞬态响应信号。对该瞬态信号的时域和同步功率谱进行分析后,可较为准确地判别泵阀的工作状态。用该方法可检测出较为明显的故障信息。 An experimental study on the fault identification of the drilling pump valve was presented. A simple and practical method of fault diagnosis of the pump valve was proposed. The position sensor measures the signal generated by the dead center of the piston as the trigger signal, which can accurately collect the transient response signal excited on the valve box when the drilling pump valve is closed by a computer. After analyzing the time-domain and synchronous power spectrum of the transient signal, the working status of the pump valve can be judged more accurately. This method can detect more obvious fault information.
