带钢粗轧机轧制过程中,如果上下工作辊的线速度不匹配,就会在工作辊与带钢表面之间产生相对滑动,情况严重时还会引起机械振动和电动机过热。因此,需要依靠在电动机控制系统中调节电动机的转速来保持同步。实际轧制过程中发现,由于很多外界因素的影响常出现上下工作辊线速度不一致的现象。通过检测上下工作辊电动机实际电流,计算电流差值,在电动机传动装置中进行负荷平衡调节,附加到最终的给定上,以调节电动机实际的输出转矩,使该问题得到了很好的解决。
