自习近平总书记对扶贫工作提出具体计划以来,发展乡村旅游成为了乡村扶贫工作的一个主要途径之一。但多数乡村旅游的主管方都将更多的精力放在了硬件设施建设中,对于乡村人才的培养却没有一个较为创新的思路。本文提出,结合国家对乡村人才培养的相关利好政策,旅游扶贫,应开始将目光转移到更具内在提升的人才培养上面。因此,本文提出一个乡村人才培训的新思路——乡村书院。乡村书院是一个集合乡建人才培训、乡村旅游人才培训、乡村干部培训的综合性教育机构,除此以外,它还是中国传统教育文化的再现,可作为乡村教育基地成为乡村旅游的一部分。 Since Xi Jinping General Secretary put forward a concrete plan for poverty alleviation work, the development of rural tourism has become one of the major ways of alleviating poverty in rural areas.
